Aerobic exercises are those that make you lose a lot of weight in a short time and that generally work the body as a whole. In other words, it works several muscle groups at the same time. Aerobic exercise is exercise that uses oxygen in the process of generating energy in the muscles. Thus, the race stands out as a good example.
2) It is ideal for those who want to start losing weight
If you don’t know how to start losing weight, consider running or walking. Start small and start putting realistic challenges, even if it’s 10 minutes more. Running to lose weight is a great exercise for anyone starting the weight loss battle.

I remember that when I decided to lose weight, I bet on weight training. But sometimes I practiced running, as it is an excellent aerobic exercise, very complete. And running had a big impact on my self-esteem, as it allowed me to overcome many limits – in terms of my ability and my appearance. Even in the first month, you will see a difference.
