The decision is the first step. You need to decide that you want to lose weight or be healthier and more energetic. One tip is to find a purpose: after all, why do you want to lose weight? To wear the clothes, you’ve always dreamed of? To have more health and disposition in your daily life? To invest now in a healthier future? To feel beautiful and sensual? To improve your self-esteem? To be a positive example to your children?
You have an inner strength that makes it possible to achieve everything in your life. Including losing weight with health. My tip is to find your reasons, to have such great purposes that it makes sense to throw yourself into this weight loss process. And then really make the decision to lose weight.
Proper nutrition is essential
When taking your first step, make the decision to lose weight, the next step is to review your nutrition. Be honest with yourself: what do you eat every day for every meal?
