Starting the day with Nelma Jones
I wake up very early and go to the gym by 6 o’clock in the morning. This has been part of “everyday life with Nelma Jones” for many years. Before that I take care of my skin and hair, choose comfortable clothes for the gym and everyday life, and allow myself a healthy breakfast with low calories and carbohydrates.
The tip is not to skip the first meal of the day and to do the gym in the morning, if possible, because you will be more willing and already guarantee your workout.
Gym every day
I have been weight training every day since the beginning of my weight loss process – except Sundays. Even when traveling I don’t miss an opportunity to exercise. And even though I lost more than 40 kilos, I didn’t get flabby, because I opted for weight training. Here’s the tip! Good results are the fruit of consistency.
Works
In addition to mentoring Nelma Jones Method, where I assist women who want to lose weight from all over the world, I also dedicate myself to the digital universe and to promoting my work on the blog and social networks. I do volunteer work sporadically and am also active in other functions and businesses on a daily basis. This does not prevent me from eating healthy and exercising.

Mentoring is a great achievement for me, because it was the way I found to help people in English and in Portuguese, to lose weight in a healthy way in only 8 months. The service is individual and collective, and we are already starting a second group. See this link for all the details!
Food
I prepare what I can of my food in advance. And if my family doesn’t like to eat healthy, I still prepare dishes for them, without bothering about it.
The tip is to wash all the food and organize the week’s food, planning what I will eat each day. The menu may or may not vary, but the foods are always low-carb, avoiding anything that is too sugary, fatty, and processed.
Hydration
Every day I moisturize my face and body skin, because I know this is part of the weight loss strategy. The skin will not sag when losing weight, and self-esteem is renewed.
Leisure time
In my spare time, I read engaging and instructive books, travel frequently, study about mentoring and weight loss so I can offer the most to my students, create content, and try to expand my horizons by having fun with quality time. When we start a weight loss process, we see that time is gold and we prioritize what is important to us in every way.
