5 things that made me lose weight much faster

There are many things that can make a person slim down much faster and in a healthy way. Over these years of healthy living, I realized that there were attitudes and preferences that simply made me jump about my quality of life and lose weight gradually and with good results every week. Below, check out some of these tips!

1) Bodybuilding to lose weight much faster

It is the first item on my list and one of the main tips I give to anyone who wants to lose weight. Weight training not only helps to lose weight much faster, but also to reduce flaccidity, eliminate cellulite, eliminate localized fat, in addition to giving more energy to your entire process.

Of course, any activity you want to do to lose weight is very valid, and the important thing is to do some exercise to boost your weight loss. But bodybuilding really made a difference in my life, since I was way above my ideal weight.

In the beginning it’s not easy. Your body will ache, maybe you will think about giving up, there are big doubts if this is for you or if it will bring results. But I guarantee it: I lost 17 kilos in the first month of weight training combined with a clean and adequate diet. If I did it, you can do it! It’s a way to lose weight much faster.

In general, 80% of your weight loss success is healthy eating. This definitely worked for me. What is healthy eating? It’s eating foods from all food groups, in moderation, in small portions throughout the day. This makes you slim down much faster.

It is to avoid industrialized and highly processed foods whenever possible and opt for natural foods, fruits and vegetables in season, with less sodium, fat and sugar.

I preferred to create well-balanced dishes with a good amount of leafy greens, lean protein, low carbohydrate, high in fiber and added a lot of water to my daily routine – at least two liters. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that eating well does not mean spending extra money for it. Eating well is eating simply and nutritious.

3) Sleep well to lose weight fast

Sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day, without interruption, in a cozy environment and at a pleasant temperature, without spotlights: this is my secret to sleep well! In addition, always sleeping at the same time helps to maintain the entire weight loss routine.

While you rest, your body recovers from everyday exercises and activities, and your metabolism is working while you sleep. Sleep is essential for healthy weight loss!

4) Be my priority

Putting yourself as a priority in your life is a fundamental condition for losing weight. You need to put yourself as the main priority in your life, even if you have children, a house to take care of, a job that demands a lot from you. Even in the face of all your commitments, living healthy should be a priority. Otherwise, everything will fall apart in no time.

Put yourself as a priority and don’t leave your diet, exercise, sleep and peace for later. The after never arrives. A tip I give is to manage your time, better organizing your routine, eliminating tasks that are not important and delegating others that are not just up to you. Sleep early and wake up early for more quality time. Everything is possible with organization.

5) Have a healthy lifestyle

This really makes all the difference! Think about not just losing weight, but living a healthier life and a better looking body forever. This takes effort and willpower. But when you practice this as a way of life, celebrating all your gains and making your activities a habit, everything becomes easier and more rewarding. A new body and a new life await you!
